Extension Project in Paarl
We completed an extension to the client’s facility, which included new crate storage and cold rooms, civil works, and a new enclosed steel structure for the delivery ramp. Sluyscon managed the overall project management from selecting professionals and compiling project capex to final handover.

Facility in Blackheath
We recently completed a 2000 sqm facility for Goosebumps located in Blackheath. The facility is designed to maintain a constant temperature of -21 degrees Celsius and stands 12.6 meters high.

- Temperature Control: The facility operates continuously at -21 degrees Celsius, ensuring optimal storage conditions for temperature-sensitive products.
- Size and Structure: The 2000 sqm space is efficiently utilized to maximize storage capacity, with an impressive height of 12.6 meters to accommodate high-volume storage needs.
Specialized Items: The facility is equipped to handle a variety of specialized items, including static and mobile racking systems, ensuring that they meet the stringent quality standards required by our clients.
